Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bodhai.study (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
BodhAI provides AI-powered educational tools for students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions. These services may include adaptive learning systems, exam preparation assistance, analytics, and related features.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, or institutional use where applicable under a valid agreement.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform
• Misuse AI-generated content for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
All intellectual property rights, including software, content, branding, and AI systems, remain the exclusive property of BodhAI.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their accounts.
For users under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent may be required in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
Schools and institutions using BodhAI under a B2B or B2B2C model are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from students and guardians where required.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of BodhAI may require payment. All pricing, subscription plans, and billing terms will be clearly displayed on the Platform.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer
BodhAI provides AI-generated educational assistance. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or suitable for specific examination boards.
The Platform does not guarantee academic performance, exam results, admissions, or specific outcomes.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodhAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the preceding three (3) months.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
